Delete your 40LOVE account
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, and it happens immediately. If you cannot sign in, ask us using the form at the bottom of this page and we will do it for you.

What is deleted
Everything personal on your account
Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, photo and login. Your address, emergency contact and any medical notes. It cannot be undone, and there is no way back into the account afterwards.
Your club memberships
Every membership at every club, so you disappear from member directories, opponent search, email lists and chat recipients.
Children you manage
Children you manage have no logins of their own, so any of them nobody else manages are deleted with your account — their results stay, the same way yours do. Any child another parent also manages is left alone.
What stays
Your account stops being a person, but it does not stop having been a player. Anything that would rewrite somebody else's results, or that a club is required to keep, stays — under the name Former participant.
Your matches, standings and rankings
Every match, standing and ranking stays where it is, under the name Former participant. Removing them would rewrite results for opponents who never asked for anything — a division of eight would become a division of seven, and somebody who won a match in March would find the match gone.
What you wrote
Courtside posts, comments, chat messages and listings stay in the conversations they belong to, under the same name. Delete anything you would rather was gone before you ask us to delete the account — afterwards you cannot reach it. Chat messages are the exception: nobody can delete those today, so tell us if that matters to you.
Transaction records
Clubs have to keep records of payments for several years by law, so those are not ours to erase. Anything medical on a camp booking is deleted.
Your coaching log
Your coaching log belongs to your coach and stays with them — leaving 40LOVE does not mean leaving your coach. If you want that record gone too, speak to them before you ask us to delete the account.
If you cannot sign in
Fill this in and we will delete your account for you. Use the email address your club has for you, so we can find the right account. We will email you at that address to check it is really you before anything is deleted — a form on a public page proves nothing on its own, and we are not going to erase somebody's account because a stranger typed their address into it. You do not have to give a reason.
