40LOVE's Unique Features
Player Ranking Points
Every box league, ladder and championship is allocated a points value. These points are given to every player that wins a match in the associated tournament. The amount of points allocated is determined by the importance of the event and is for the discretion of the organisers. Points given in box leagues are divided by the division played in.
For example. A ladder could have 5 points, a fast4 box league could get 15 points and a super league or advanced player league could gets 25 pointsFinally, a club championships could be allocated with a maximum 100 points.
SLAM Analytics
The 40LOVE SLAM (Skill Level Analytics Management).
Every match that is played records one of 3 scores, 1 for a win against a player with a higher skill level than you, 0 when you play someone with the same skill level (win or lose) and -1 if you lose to a player with a skill level lower than you.
If the player's SLAM increases to more that 5, their skill level will automatically change to a higher level. If their SLAM decreases to less than 5, they will automatically drop a skill level.
This is unique to each club they play in so they could be level 3 in Club A but level 4 at Club B or vice versa.
Player's Skill Level
When registering in 40LOVE, you will be required to state your skill level. We've looked at a number of different systems to work out the best way for clubs to distinguish between player skill levels to ensure everyone plays with opponents of similar skill levels.

2 - Advanced High
3 - Advanced Low
4 - Intermediate High
5 - Intermediate6 - Intermediate Low

Total automation, effortless tournament admin

Box League Points System
with 40LOVE you get 1 point for playing, 1 point for winning a set, 2 points for winning the match, a further point for losing a close match, a extra point for winning convincingly and finally a point for completing all your matches before the end of the round. But as an administrator - you can change these to whatever you want.
Next Round Automation
Automated Box League next rounds using 40LOVE. It's all automated. Decide prior to the start of the round how many will get promoted and relegated, and how many rounds need to be played to avoid disqualification and the software does the rest.
Club Championship Draws
We don't waste time with spreadsheets, and print outs. Club championship draws are 100% randomly computer generated taking into account your preferred seeding. Then click a button and the draw is done, players notified and opponent matches created in the app.
