While we are providing services for David Lloyd Clubs, 40Love is not owned, operated, or controlled by David Lloyd Leisure Limited or any of its affiliates. We are a separate entity offering tournament management solutions.
Data Collection and Storage
By using the 40Love app and registering for tournaments:
You acknowledge that your personal information and tournament-related data will be collected, stored, and processed by 40Love, not David Lloyd Clubs.
Your data will be handled in accordance with 40Love's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are separate from David Lloyd Clubs' policies.
David Lloyd Clubs will not have direct access to or control over the data you provide through the 40Love app.
